If all required details are provided, no initial meeting is needed. Otherwise, an initial call will be scheduled to ensure we have everything needed for a smooth installation.

Installation Process

Day 1: The installation typically takes one day. Our skilled technicians will install the charger, ensuring it is set up correctly and safely.

ESA Inspection: After the installation, an inspection by the Electrical Safety Authority (ESA) is conducted to ensure compliance with all safety standards. This step is crucial for guaranteeing the reliability and safety of your new charging station.

Total Timeline: While the physical installation takes only one day, the entire process can span up to two days due to the ESA inspection. These days are not consecutive, and the overall timeline can extend over
a few days, depending on the inspection schedule.

Customer Responsibilities

To ensure a seamless installation process, we ask our customers to:
  • Property Access: Ensure that our team has access to the property and the designated installation location.
  • Clear Area: Make sure the installation area is clear of any obstacles or debris.
  • Equipment Readiness: Confirm that the Generac equipment has been ordered and is on-site before the installation date.
